1. Scope of Services

The Perfect Advertiser provides digital social media marketing content delivered directly via WhatsApp to local retail and service businesses. Our service offerings include:

• 365 Days Daily Marketing Posters: High-definition festival banners, national & international days, product promotions, and business awareness posts.
• AI Video Marketing & Reels: Festival animated videos, AI-generated product promotions, and service showcase reels (included in Pro & Premium packages).
• Custom Shop Branding: Auto-branding each graphic with the client's shop logo, phone number, address, and color theme.
• Digital Delivery: Delivery directly to the client's registered WhatsApp number one day prior to each occasion.

2. Annual Packages & Pricing

We offer three standardized annual prepaid subscription packages:

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Subscriptions are billed annually. An official Tax Invoice with GSTIN (27AAJCT2004K1ZD) is issued for every transaction.

3. Client Obligations

To ensure timely delivery and proper branding, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate business details (shop name, phone number, address) and an active WhatsApp delivery number.
• Provide high-resolution logo artwork (PNG, JPG, or PDF) for the branding frame.
• Review and approve the initial sample branding frame within 48 hours of onboarding.
• Ensure the submitted business logos and trademarks are owned by the client or used with lawful authorization.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The client retains full ownership of their company name, trademarks, and logos. The design templates, layouts, AI animations, and creative artwork provided by The Perfect Advertiser are licensed to the client for their business marketing use on social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business).

Clients are prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing our creative templates to third parties as a standalone design agency or marketplace.

5. Service Availability & Support

Creatives are scheduled and delivered one day prior to each festival or event to allow the client sufficient time to review and publish. Our support helpline (+91 7887 555 222) operates Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST. Any updates to your shop phone number or address frame will be updated free of charge during the active subscription period.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nagpur / Yavatmal, Maharashtra, India.
